Introduction
In 1948, an 18-year-old girl ‘Ang-guem So’ was forced to have an unwanted marriage.
“I’ll never get married! I’m just willing only to do baking!”
Following her dream to be a baker-tracing her father’s footsteps-she hopped
on a train to Seoul instead of marriage.
The first day in Seoul was anything but easy.
But, somehow she ran into a passionate baker ‘Tae-rang’ and arrived at a bakery,
which was built since Seoul had been called to Gyeongseong.
This is the story of Gyeongseong Bakery, the first bakeshop in Korea.
